| 摘 要： | China is at a stage which is full of crucial strategic opportunities for its economic development. The basicconditions for rapid development have been roughly provided. Once we take the advantage of this opportunity,the economy will improve. Nevertheless, this period is also one that faces difficulties such as large population, smallfund, relatively less resource and worse environment which have caused the serious bottleneck effect. Improperlyacting, the development opportunity will probably be missed, thus will lead to the stagnancy or turbulence of theeconomy. Therefore, it is urgent that we make use of this opportunity to build up a scientific idea of developmentand change the economic increasing pattern.
