摘    要:针对提速后转8A型转向架侧架故障日益增多的问题,利用HMIS中丰富的故障信息,根据可靠性分析方法FMECA,重点分析了各故障部位的危害度及其原因,为转8A型转向架的改进、维修决策和寿命管理提供有用参考。

Abstract:Following failures in Zhuan 8A bogie are more and more increasing after raising speed,on the basis of reliability analysis method Failure Mode Effect And Criticality Analysis(FMECA)this paper mainly pays emphasis to analyze criticality and concerned reasons of each failure position by using ample failure information in Wagon Management Information System(HMIS),so as to propose helpful reference to manufacturing and modification,maintenance decision and life management for Zhuan 8A bogie.
