| 摘 要： | 我院自１９９３年以来应用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗各种类型的四肢骨折共８６例，随访６～１８个月，均获得满意疗效。该支架体积小，结构简便，调整度大，可提供良好固定而无需手术，对粉碎型及合并感染者尤为适应。后期可改为弹性固定。允许早期活动，无需二次手术取内固定物。

| Abstract: | cases admitted from 1993 with various types of fracture of four limbs were treated by unilateral polyfunctional external fixing frame.All of them were followed up for 6 to 18 months with satisfying results. No joint rigidity occured. It is small in volume, simple in structure, with considerable range of adjustment, and able to provide satisfying fixation without oneration. It is especially suitable for shatter fracture and infection patients and can be replaced by elastic fixation later. Early exercise is allowed and reoperation to take out internal fixator is avoided. |
