| 摘 要： | 城市道路改扩建工程对改善城市的环境、减缓交通压力具有重要的意义。该文依据大量的城市道路改扩建工程的实践，总结了若干条经验，并对施工中的若干难点问题提出处理意见。该文认为：科学的工程管理决定着工程建设的顺利实施；充分的前期工作和严格的工程过程管理是确保工程质量、安全、进度的重要保证。
