地铁列车救援运载小车设计和应用

地铁列车的安全运营涉及到人们的正常生活和城市的有序运转。如一旦发生地铁列车走行机械部分的故障,如轮对轴承烧损、齿轮咬死、齿轮箱悬挂装置失效等,列车将无法自行或被动牵引出现场,会造成地铁线路瘫痪。地铁列车救援小车能在列车走行部分发生故障后,将故障轮对托起,由救援运载小车替代车轮转动,迅速将故障列车拖离事故现场,恢复正常运营。

Design and Application of the Rescue Carrier of Metro Train

Urban rail transit features large volume of carrying capacity,high efficiency, safety and punctuality.In which,the safe running of the train is the essential prerequisite for the security of the revenue service for the main line. Once a failure occurs on the mechanical running part of the metro train,such as the damaging of the wheel-set bearing, the abnormal clutching of the gear, the losing effectiveness of the suspension system of the gearbox, etc., the train cannot move automatically or be driven away,causing the paralyses of the operating line.The development of rescue carrier of metro train will help to move the failure train away from the site of the accident quickly, and thus the regular revenue service can be resumed.
