摘    要:简述了检测车轮踏面擦伤状态的重要性、擦伤定义及标准,介绍了平行四边形机构检测系统的检测原理,并通过试验和相关数据处理得到擦伤车轮检测结果,最后用MATLAB编写算法实现擦伤信号的判定且进行了算法的误差分析.

Abstract:It is briefed the importance of detecting wheel tread flat, along with the definition and standard of flat. The principle of the detecting system with parallelogram mechanism is presented, and the detecting results of scrape wheel are achieved through test and data processing. The judgment of flat signal is realized via the algorithm by MATLAB and the error of the algorithm is analyzed.
