| 摘 要： | 给出了某护卫舰实船测速中６个工况的实测数据，简要介绍了德国汉堡水池（ＨＳＶＡ）对高速水面舰实船性能预报与我国常用方法的不同之处。对中国船舶科学研究中心（ＣＳＳＲＣ）的模型试验数据，按我国高速水面舰常用的预防方法及局部改进的方法进行了计算，并与实测值作了比较。对本舰在ＨＳＶＡ和ＣＳＳＲＣ所得的模型试验数据，分别与实船试验数据进行了相关分析，给出了分析结果，并对有关的一些问题作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the full-scale speed and power tests of a frigate in six operating conditions,the model tests of the ship carried out by HSVA and CSSRC respectively and the corresponding estimated power are compared and analyzed.A modified method for estimating the speed and the power of the naval surface ship is presented. |
