| 摘 要： | 通过对某校教职工健身活动现状的调查研究，全面了解和掌握教职工健康活动基本状况，提高教职工健身活动的认识程度，达到科学的健身锻炼效果，宣传以健身促健康的绿色健康理念，动员和帮助教职工积极主动地进行健身活动．提高身体素质，更好地为学校的可持续发展提供坚实的人力资源保障。

| Abstract: | Through the research on the present situation of teaching and administrative staff's physical training in Liaoning Provincial College of Communications,the article provides specific datas on a thorough knowing-well of staff's physical fitness,so that human resources protection could be supplied to our college's enduring development by a good cognition on fitness exercising,by a good effect of exercising,by publicizing the idea of fitness,by mobilization of exercising. |
