基于ANSYS电空制动EP阀线圈稳态温升的研究

摘    要:阐述了EP阀在城轨交通车辆制动系统中的作用,根据EP阀线圈的几何模型特点建立了线圈有限元模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件,对电空制动EP阀线圈稳态温升进行了仿真计算,仿真结果与利用电阻法测定的结果基本相符,达到了国产化电空制动EP电磁阀线圈稳态温升的设计要求。仿真为EP阀电磁系统的优化设计提供了理论依据,对提高城轨交通车辆电空制动系统的稳定性和可靠性具有重要的应用价值和现实意义。EP阀作为城轨交通车辆制动系统的关键部件已于2005年2月23日通过国家有关部门鉴定。

Abstract:The function of EP solenoid valve in electro-pneumatic braking system for urban rail transit is set forth.The calculation models is set up according to coil turn characteristic,and transient temperature rising of EP solenoid valve has been simulation calculated.The result of simulation calculation accords with the test of resistance method,which meets the design request.The result has offered the theoretical basis for the design optimization of EP solenoid valve,which has a great application value and practical significance.As a key part in braking system for urban rail transit,the appraisal on the EP solenoid valve has been passed in Feb,2005.
