| 摘 要： | 为避免人命搜寻的盲目性,提高我国川江水上交通事故人命搜寻的成功率,从内河人命搜寻特征与海上人命搜寻特征差异分析入手,通过对川江水域内遇险落水人员在风、水流作用下产生的风致漂移、风生流致漂移、水流致漂移规律分析,确定随时间的推移,落水人员漂移规律,并以此研究结果为基础,提出科学的人命搜寻区域确定方法,并对研究成果进行分析,指出了后续研究的内容。

| Abstract: | In order to avoid blindness in life rescue,and improve mission success rate,this paper analyzes the differences between the features of human life rescue in inner waterway and on the sea.By exploring people＇s drifting discipline under wind-pressure and water-pressure in Chuanjiang,the paper puts forwards a method to determine life-rescue area during emergency relief.Finally,the paper analyzes the result and presents the contents for further research. |
