| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the current status of cost management of whole life cycle for metro projects,and through the analysis of the complaints of the interest parties of metro projects based on the integration of project organization,this article reasonably determines the engineering cost of the whole life cycle of a project,which is used as the basis to control the cost of the whole life cycle of such projects. |
