| 摘 要： | ＂机舱资源管理＂是STCW公约2010修正案的STCW规则的A部分内容（强制培训内容）。为了满足新公约的要求,本文进行了＂机舱资源管理＂相关内容的研究。该研究主要以＂改变不安全的理念（concept）-改变不安全的态度（attitude）-改变不安全的行为（behavior）（C-A-B）＂为宗旨,首先从管理理念上对轮机员进行教育,再通过轮机模拟器的强化训练改变自己的不良行为。实践表明这对实现机舱组织程序、团队工作、领导能力以及人员沟通具有重大现实意义。
