摘    要:5.92速比的16吨MAN铸造桥常用于矿用车上,为满足实际使用中的超载现象,在桥总成试验过程中常选用较大输入扭矩。本文通过试验,得出在9291N·m的较大输入扭矩下,20CrMnTi渗碳淬火处理的内齿圈,其桥总成疲劳寿命优于40Cr氮碳共渗内齿圈的,并对结果进行了试验分析。

Abstract:The MAN cast rigid axle with 16 tons load and 5.92 speed ratio were often used as the HOVA. In order to satisfy the overload when in practical use, the much bigger input torque was often chosen in the axle assembly' s fatigue bench test. ]he results of bench test showed that the life of nitro-carburizing gear-planetary ring with 40Cr alloy steel was much more excellent than carburizing one with 20CrMnTi alloy steel to heavier load. And the result was also verified and analyzed in this paper
