摘 要: | 本文主要介绍ABB机器人焊接系统控制原理,及其在汽车车身焊接中的应用分析,同时介绍其硬件配置和软件设计。本系统采用ABB公司机器人最新IRC5控制器及两台机器人外部轴变位机,实现了机器人和其自身紧密、柔性、快速配合,极大的提高生产效率。同时IRC5控制器集成对弧焊站内的夹具的动作控制,大大减少设备资金的投入,提高弧焊系统的自动化程度和集成度。

Abstract: | This paper is mainly about the ABB robot welding system control theory, whose application in automotive body welding analysis, describing the hardware configuration and software design. Because we use the latest IRC5 robots ABB controller and an external two-axis positioner, the system achieve the robot and its own strong, flexible, fast and production has greatly improved efficiently. Moreover IRC5 controller integrated on the welding fixture inside the station motor control, greatly reducing the capital investment in equipment to improve arc welding system automation and integration. |
