摘    要:斯太尔主减速器壳螺母退出在07年售后故障统计中相比上一年增长12倍,给公司造成巨大损失,对此,过程控制成了我们高度关注的对象,就我们自己加工的主减速器壳在用双头攻丝机攻螺纹时,出现扣偏、扣紧现象,本文提出了纠正措施与控制方法,通过08年一年的验证,此种纠正措施与控制方法达到了明显效果。

The solution to the slant and tightening problem of the nuts which screwed down on the Stery final drive case

Abstract:Compared with last year, the backing off of the nut which screwed down on the final drive case was a 12-fold increase in 2007 year, which caused a great loss to our company. Then high attention has been given to the process control, and according to the slant and tightening phenomena of the screw thread when machining the final drive case on our own two-head tapping machine, excellent corrective measures and control methods has been offered in this study, and it has also been tested in 2008 all year.
