汽车零部件动态间隙测量试验研究

摘    要:针对当前汽车零部件间动态间隙测量方法存在的问题,以SX3315DR326型自卸汽车为研究对象,对该车在空载和满载两种状态下,分别运行于三种路面和四种行驶工况(既:比利时路30km/h、平坦道路80km/h行驶、紧急制动和扭曲路)的主要零部件动态间隙进行测试分析,从而确定出汽车各运动部件在整车上的最大和最小间隙,为汽车设计整车布置提供准确依据。

Abstract:To solve the current problems of dynamic clearance measurement of heavy-duty truck parts the SX3315DR326 dumping truck was taken as the object of study, and under no-load and full load conditions, this truck was driven on these kinds of road such as belgium road at 30km/h, flat road at 80km/h, emergency brake road and twisty road. During the operation processes of the vehicle test, the dynamic truck clearance of some main parts was measured and analyzed, thus the maximum and the minimum clearance of the automotive easy moving parts in whole truck can be determined, which provides an accurate basis for automotive design and layout
