自卸车货箱与底盘总布置分析

摘    要:目前国内几大重型汽车生产厂家主要以生产汽车底盘为主,货箱几乎全部依赖于委改厂家,而委改厂生产货箱时,由于受宽度限制,为使货箱尽可能大,只能将货箱加长,常常导致整车轴荷分配不均,用户在使用中出现车头"上翘"或者是方向"沉重"甚至车架下弯变形等现象。根本原因在于货箱的尺寸与整车轴距和轴荷没有很好的匹配布局。本文通过对车辆轴荷、轴距和货箱的相互之间内在关系,分析总结出货箱尺寸及轴距的经验计算公式,通过验证符合实际情况,能较好解决此类问题,敬请批评指正。

Abstract:Nowadays China's main heavy duty truck manufacturers focus on truck chassis and the superstructures are made by authorized refit plant's The superstructures made by refit plants are lengthened in order to make its capacity as big as possible because the width is restricted, which will cause uneven distribution for axle loading; the phenomena as cab raising, difficult to steer or frame deformation. The root cause of that is the improper match between superstructure size and wheelbase/axle loading o The internal relationship among axle loading, wheelbase and superstructure is analyzed and the experience calculation formula is worked out between superstructure size and wheelbase; this formula is verified through tests and it can solve this kind of problems preferably.
