| Abstract: | According to the major repairs and remaking process on the horizontal machining center which made in Japan, this paper analyzed the reasons of the machine＇s lost in the high precision, and proposed the solution on how to solve this problem. Further, a new methods on how to use, maintain and major repair such high-precision machine tools is proposed. |
