| Abstract: | According to the characteristics and the current situation of the lean line, in this paper, the shortcomings of the current exchanging products methods are demonstrated by the analysis of I beam of the front axle. Further, a new method on how to fulfill the SWED in the lean line is proposed based on the theory of SWED in lean production. |
