| 摘 要： | 本文根据MAN系列单级桥固定环焊缝的强度要求,通过计算确定焊缝的最小焊角,同时完善生产中的焊接工艺过程,得到较好的焊缝外观形态,满足焊缝静扭强度要求和桥壳疲劳寿命要求。

| Abstract: | This article calculated and determined the minimum welded leg, according to the strength requirements on the fixed collar＇ s welding line of the series products of MAN, and the welding process was also perfected. As a result, preferable welding line, excellent welding strength and qualified fatigue life of axle housing could be gained. |
