基于新型复值小波变换的异步电机故障诊断方法

摘    要:针对谐波小波所存在的时域特性差的缺点,提出了一种改进的具有良好时频域局部特性的谐波小波,并基于改进的谐波小波,给出了一种新型的异步电机转子断条故障特征检测方法,即利用复小波变换从笼型异步电机启动过程时的定子绕组电流中提取(1-2s)f故障特征分量。理论及仿真分析表明,提出的新型异步电机故障诊断方法比传统的检测方法灵敏度更高,提高了异步电机的故障识别率。

Abstract:An improved harmonic wavelet, which features excellent partial characteristics of timeand frequency domains, is proposed to overcome the limitation of harmonic wavelet in such domains. Anew failure characteristic detection method for rotor bar breakages of asynchronous motors is forwardedbased on the improved harmonic wavelet, i.e. to extract the failure characteristic component (1-2s)f fromthe stator winding current during the starting of squirrel-cage asynchronous motor using complex wavelettransformation. Theoretical and simulation analysis indicate that the new failure diagnosis method featureshigher sensibility and failure recognition rate compared with traditional detection methods.
