| 摘 要： | 分析了油脂废水的特点，并针对这些特点选择厌氧UASB工艺作为主体工艺进行试验，得出了令人满意的结果；试验表明，在预处理得当的情况下，使用UASB工艺处理油脂废水可以达到85％以上的COD去除率，而且能耗较其他工艺大大降低，是一种节能高效的处理方法。

| Abstract: | The features of fat wastewater are analyzed and the UASB technology is chosen as a main treatment method to be tested for its features. Satisfactory results were obtained, test results indicate that the COD removal rate can reach more than 85 % when UASB technology is applied for treatment of fat wastewater in the condition of suitable pretreatment. Furthermore, this technology reduces energy consumption, so it is an effective energy saving treatment method. |
