桥上板式无碴轨道施工方案探讨

摘    要:长大桥桥上板式无碴道床的铺设施工是一项关键工序,轨道板及施工材料等组织运输是施工的重点。此文对临时轨道法、临时便道法和移动门吊法铺设桥上板式无碴轨道进行了经济、工期比较,认为移动门吊法是铺设桥上板式无碴轨道的较好方法,并对其工艺流程做了详细介绍。

Abstract:The installing construction of slab track (ballasfless) bed on long and large bridges is a key process. The transport organization of track slabs and construction materials are priorities of construction. In this article, an economic and construction- time comparison is made between temporary track method, temporaft road method and traveling gantry crane method by which the slab track is laid on the bridge, which shows that the traveling gantry crane method is a better method for the installation of slab track on bridge. The article also performs a detailed introduction to the technological process of this method.
