摘    要:研究目的:以理论计算与实桥分析为基础,研究连续刚构桥施工控制系统,分析影响悬臂施工线形的因素,用现场实测数据修正计算模型参数,更好的控制桥面的线形。研究方法:以现代施工控制理论为基础,结合涪江三桥施工特点,运用有限元分析软件建立施工控制模型,通过实测数据与理论计算结果保证桥梁线形施工的质量。研究结果:该桥合龙段全部自然合龙,合龙误差均在规范值2 cm的允许范围之内,且线形吻合度良好,成桥线形平顺。研究结论:施工监控中充分考虑各种因素影响,采用现场实测数据修正计算参数,达到理论计算模型与实桥相吻合,保证了桥梁施工的安全。另外,连续刚构桥的施工控制对主梁标高控制而言,应按"宁高勿低"的原则进行。

Abstract:Research purposes: Based on the theory calculation and the analysis of bridge,the paper studied the control system of continuous rigid frame bridge.The factors that affect the alignment of cantilever construction are analysed.It adopts survey datum to modify model parameters to control the alignment of deck well.Research methods: Based on the theory of construction control,with reference to the characteristic of the 3rd bridge over Fujiang River,construction control model is established by the software of finite element analyses. The construction quality is ensured by the survey datum and the results of theory calculation.Research results:The closures of bridge are all finished naturally,and the closure errors are in the criterion value 2cm.The deck alignment of completed stage is so smooth that it matches with the design alignment well.Research conclusions: Many influences factors are to be considered in construction stages,and using the survey datum to modify model parameters,as a result,it can achieve a good alignment to match the design alignment.
