张家山隧道浅埋偏压段施工技术

摘    要:在山区高速公路隧道施工中遇到浅埋、偏压、软弱围岩的情况下,如何改进施工工艺,进行地表处理.开挖支护,选择何种进洞方案,是决定施工安全和整条隧道施工成败的关键。重庆云阳至万州高速公路张家山隧道出口部分处于严重浅埋偏压段,重点讨论了地表注浆预加固和单侧预切槽镶嵌拱架式进洞的分部开挖法.成功解决了施工中的难题。

Abstract:In the construction of mountain highway tunnel, it is important to improve the construction technology to handle ground,chose excavation and entrance program in the condition of shallow buring,unsymmetrical load and soft surrounding,which is critical to the success of tunnel construction.Taking Zhangjiashan tunnels as an example which portal was shallow buried and unsymmetrical loaded,this paper analyses the surface grouting method and partial excavation method of the steel arch embedded in unilateral pre-cutting groove.The results show that the measures is effective in rock relaxation controll.
