| 摘 要： | 该文通过对自备水源取水许可管理情况的调查,介绍了辽宁省取水许可管理取得的成就,在认真总结经验的基础上,指出了目前仍存在的问题,并提出了不断完善监督管理措施,提高管理水平,积极推进以实施取水许可制度为核心的水资源统一管理的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of the intake permission management of the own water source, the article introduces the achievements of the intake permission management in Liaoning Province. On the basis of seriously summing-up the experience, the article points out the existing problems and puts forward the management measures continuously to perfect the supervision, and actively advances the suggestions and measures to take the implementation of the intake permission system as the core for the unified management of the water resource. |
