| 摘 要： | 水路军事运输具有运量大、航线不易被破坏的优点,是临海(江)部队机动的重要手段,但组织协调工作复杂。系统分析了影响部队水路输送的主要因素,例如输送背景与要求、被运兵力规模与装备情况、船舶运力、港航条件、通行能力、码头装卸能力、水文气象条件等及它们之间相互影响的关系,对部队实施船运前的最主要准备工作进行了具体分析,列举了部队需要完成的几项主要任务,并且提出了几项有效措施。
