| Abstract: | In project financing, BOT mode is one of the important ways and means of fund raising in project construction. This article performs a systematic analysis of the features and methods of the BOT mode in project financing along with the problems and financing concept of this mode. It also makes some proposals concerning the development of the BOT mode in our country. |
