摘    要:软开关技术能够有效改善功率开关管的工作环境,降低开关损耗,提高变换器的效率。传统ZVT-PWM变换器的辅助开关是硬关断,关断损耗很大。本文介绍了一种新型的ZVT-PWM-CUK改进电路,它通过在辅助支路串联电容和并联二极管,实现了辅助开关的零电流关断,从而使所有开关器件的软开关。文章对这种新型的ZVT-PWM-CUK改进电路的九种工作模式进行了详细的分析,并通过仿真实验证明了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Soft switching technique could improve the circumstance of the power converter, reduce the losses and increase the efficiency of the converter.The auxiliary switch of the tradition ZVT-PWM converter is hard switched, so the losses are very large. A novel ZVT-PWM -CUK improved circuit is introduced in this paper,which achieve the zero current switching when the auxiliary switch turns off by installing a capacitance in series and two diodes in parallel in the auxiliary branch. The nine modes of the ZVT-PWM -CUK improved circuit are analyzed detailedly, and the correctness of the academic analysis is proved by a simulation testing.
