| 摘 要： | 针对轿车副车架焊接总成在道路试验中经常出现早期焊接开裂和材料破坏的情况,应用ADAMS/CAR和MSC/NASTRAN等CAE软件对3种典型工况下副车架的受力情况进行了计算和应力分析,分析得到的应力集中部位与道路试验中出现的破坏部位基本吻合,表明CAE分析过程中的假定、简化、建模及分析方法基本正确,为以后的改进设计提供了理论根据。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problem that welding line cracking and materials damaging constantly occurs on the sub-frame welding assembly during road tests,forces calculation and stress analysis of the sub-frame under three typical condi-tions are done respectively with ADAMS/CAR and MSC/NASTRAN software.Location of stress concentration from analy-sis is basically accordant with damaged locations in road tests,which indicates that the assumption,simplification,model and analysis method used in CAE analysis is basically right,so it provides the available theory for improvement. |
