摘    要:以水下非接触爆炸环境为研究背景,在论述隔冲原理及粘弹性材料力学特性的基础上,分析了粘弹性复合材料隔冲结构的各种非线性因素。根据物理样机的实际工况,建立了粘弹性复合材料隔冲结构的有限元模型,通过仿真计算,得到了瞬态激励条件下隔冲结构的动力衰减曲线。在此基础上完成了摄像机的抗冲击结构设计,并进行了实验室验证,满足了爆炸试验对摄像机的抗冲击要求。

Abstract:With non-contact underwater explosion environment as research background, based on the shock-isolation principle and mechanical properties of viscoelastic materials, nonlinear factors of shock-isolation structure in viscoelastic composite materials are analyzed in this paper. According to the physical prototype of the actual operating mode, the finite element model of shock isolation structures is established and the dynamical attenuation curve of the shock isolation structure under transient excitation condition is obtained with simulation. On this basis, structure design of the camera is completed with lab validation, which can meet the anti-impact requirements for explosion test.
