声呐平台噪声控制机理分析

摘    要:文章针对舰艇声呐平台的噪声问题,研究了三大噪声源对声呐自噪声的影响。研究表明,声呐舱水动力噪声分量主要受肋骨结构影响,在设计中应避免肋骨的形函数与湍流脉动压力波数—频率谱耦合。舰艇自身的螺旋桨噪声和辐射噪声主要从后部和底部向声呐平台传递,在声呐壁面附近和声呐区域产生较高噪声,为提高声呐自噪声控制效果,应在非透声壁面采取隔声措施。舷侧声呐受艇体振动影响较大,应在声呐单元安装导轨的振动传递途径上采取阻尼控制措施,有效降低声呐单元的振动响应。

Abstract:To investigate the sound characteristics of the ship sonar platform, the effect of the three typical noise source on the sonar self-noise is researched. The results show that the hydrodynamic noise factor is mainly affected by the stiffener of the dome, and hence in order to avoid the resonance, it is suggested that the wave-number shape function of the stiffener should be designed to differ from peak of the turbulence wave-number spectrum. Noise of propeller and mechanical radiation sound is transferred through the bottom and tail of the platform, thus the noise near the wall of the platform is higher, which means in order to con-trol the self-noise of the platform, the non-transmission wall should have a sound-isolation layer. The vi-bration and sound radiation of the hull is the main factor of broadside sonar noise, thus in the vibration transmission path some damping work should be done to lower down the broadside sonar noise.
