摘    要:本文主要研究椭圆形、圆形横截面的扁平壳及圆柱壳耐压舱段结构的边界效应,在工程实际范围内选取椭圆柱壳的长、短轴比例参数,基于理论分析和有限元参数化计算得到无量纲的应力系数等结果,分析了端部固支边界导致的长、短轴端部弯曲应力、中面应力波动的纵向影响范围和周向特征,以及扁平舱段中部典型跨的稳定应力随舱段长度的变化情况,并与环肋圆柱壳舱段结构的边界效应进行了规律对比,同时还分析了相邻椭圆形环肋骨对扁平耐压舱段端部壳板的加强效果.

Abstract:This paper is mainly focus on the boundary effect research of elliptical and cylindrical pressure hull with external ribs. The length ratio of ellipse's long axis and short axis is determined on underwater engineer structure. Theoretical and finite element analysis have been performed to calculate the change of bending stress and membrane stress due to clamped edges of pressure hull. Dimensionless stress factors of elliptical and cylindrical shell were drawn into curves to compare the boundary's longitudinal influence range and characters along circumferential direction. The connection of hull length and structural stress was researched based finite element analysis. Meanwhile, nearby rib's strengthening effect on elliptical shell's clamped edge was also analyzed and compared with cylindrical shell.
