摘    要:以国内外重载齿轮常用材料20Cr2Ni4、17CrNiM06、18CrNi8为研究对象,进行了锻坯预备热处理后组织遗传消除对比试验、渗碳速度对比试验、内氧化倾向的工艺性对比试验,试验结果表明:常规预备热处理对3种材料锻造组织的细化均有显著的效果;20Cr2Ni4渗碳速度最慢;18CrNi8的内氧化倾向最为严重.17Cr...

Abstract:Targeting 20Cr2Ni4,17CrNiMo6,18CrNi8 steels commonly used for heavy duty gears both at home and abroad, contrast tests of structural inheritance removal of forging stocks after pre - heat - treatment, carburizing speeds and internal oxidation inclinations are conducted. Testing results show that conventional pre - heat - treatment is effective to the refinement of forging structures of these 3 kinds of steels, while 20Cr2Ni4 steel indicates the slowest carburizing speed, 18CrNi8 steel shows the strongest internal oxidation tendency, and 17CrNiMo6 proves to be the best optional material.
