预应力高强混凝土管桩在中小桥中的应用

摘    要:预应力高强混凝土管桩(简称PHC桩),是在近代高性能混凝土(HPC)和预应力技术的基础上发展起来的混凝土预制构件,它是建设部科技成果重点推广项目。PHC桩在国内外发展迅速,已广泛应用于工业与民用建筑、港口码头、水利及部分桥梁建设中。鉴于PHC桩在中、小桥中的应用少有报道,以PHC桩在广州市东二环黄埔大桥南岸施工便道上四座中桥中的设计及应用为例,简单介绍PHC桩在中、小桥基础中的应用。实践证明,PHC桩以其经济、实用、环保、适用面广、方便施工等特点,将有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:IPrestressed high strength concrete pipe pile (PHC) is a concrete precast element developed on the basis of high performance concrete (HPC) and prestressed technology in the modern times. It is an item of science and technology results for popularizing mainly by the Construction Department. PHC pile is rapidly developed at home and abroad and has been widely applied in the construction of industrial and civil building, port and dock, irrigation works as well as a part of bridge construction. The application of PHC pile in middle and small bridges has less reported. Now taking the design and application of PHC in four middle bridges on construction detour of southern bank of Eastern No.2 Ring Road of Huangpu Bridge in Guangzhou City as an example, the paper briefly introduces the application of PHC pile in the foundation of middle and small bridges. The practice proves that PHC pile will have vast prospect of application in characteristics such as economy, practical, environmental protection, wide application and easy for construction etc.
