砂土围岩隧道掌子面破坏模式及影响因素研究

摘    要:通过16组模型试验,研究砂土围岩隧道开挖中掌子面的变形破坏形态,分析掌子面破坏的模式和影响因素,最后总结出未支护段破坏、掌子面破坏、掌子面和未支护段均破坏等三种破坏模式。文中指出围岩物理力学参数是影响掌子面稳定性的首要因素,并与掌子面稳定性成正相关关系。埋深比、进尺与掌子面稳定性成负相关关系,但对砂土掌子面破坏规律还需进一步研究。

Study on Failure Mode and Influencing Factors of Sand Rock Tunnel Heading

Abstract:Through 16 model tests,the deformation shape of sand rock tunnel heading during excavation is studied and its failure mode and influencing factors are analyzed.Finally three failure modes are summarized including unsupported section failure,heading failure and both.This paper points out that physical and mechanical parameter of surrounding rock is the primary factor that influences heading stability and has a positive correlation with heading stability.Burial depth ratio and footage have a negative correlation with heading stability.However,failure law of sand tunnel heading needs further study.
