| Abstract: | By analyzing the organic relation between the main points of ＂Organic Evacuation＂ theory and the basic principles of Transit Oriented Development（TOD）, using TOD to promote the implement of the ＂Organic Evacuation＂ of big cities is proposed, then taking Beijing City for instance to explain, that is of great practical significance. |
