| 摘 要： | 科技型企业面临着发展高风险与经济增长重任的尖锐矛盾，这一矛盾的有效化解须从科技型企业自身角度在发展路径方面作出创新性的调整－通过构建企业发展极，形成核心竞争力，而达成这个目标的最迅捷有效的企业组织变革措施是采取相宜的知识联组方式。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological enterprises are faced with the conflict between the high risk development and their heavy responsibility for the economic growth. As for the effective solution to this conflict, innovative adjustment must be made, in the development of such enterprises, to cultivate development pole, so that their core competitive power can be created, while the most rapid and effective reform measure taken to achieve this goal is to adopt an appropriate mode of konowledge combination. |
