| Abstract: | In recent years,with the constant development of the economy within the Yangtze River basin,especially its delta,the river shipping industry is booming rapidly.However it evokes the extension of the forgery river ship and seafarer certificates.In this thesis,the author discusses the identification and handling of these forgery certificates as well as the establishment of the mechanism for preventing and suppressing them validly at present in order to suppress the forgery river ship and seafarer certificates,regulate the shipping market order and protect the safety of life and property |
