风险社会与政治伦理

本文通过对风险概念之语义发展史的探讨,试图说明风险所指涉的内涵与特征,以及风险议题所触及的社会学所关怀之基本课题。然后揭示风险概念在现代社会中逐渐发展成为一个有社会论述正当性之媒介的事实,由此进一步说明风险在现代社会中扮演的角色及所可能履行的社会功能。这也使风险成为现代政治论述不得不面对的课题,是现代社会进行伦理论述的一个重要媒介。
