摘    要:为了研究电阻点焊参数对高强不锈钢的焊点强度的影响,选用日本SUS301L系列材料,采用拉伸试验和断面试验方法研究了焊点强度、焊核直径。试验结果表明,焊点强度满足要求,熔核尺寸符合要求。对奥氏体高强不锈钢而言,在压力一定时,电阻点焊拉伸强度随电流和焊接周波增加而增加。采用大电流、短时间的焊接参数是较为合适的规范。

Abstract:The influence of resistance spot welding parameters on spot strength is studied through analyzing spot welding parameters in this article.The strength and the diameter of SUS301L stainless steel spot are studied by tensile test and macro test.The results show the strength and the dimension of spot meet the requirements.For austenite hi-strength stainless steel,the tensile strength of resistance spot welding increases with the welding current and welding cycle under the condition of a constant pressure.Employing higher current and shorter welding time is benefit for austenite stainless steel spot welding.
