嘉陵江沙溪船闸输水系统布置研究

摘    要:根据《船闸输水系统设计规范》的规定和嘉陵江沙溪船闸的特点,确定输水系统型式采用闸墙长廊道侧支孔输水系统。通过分析船闸闸墙长廊道侧支孔输水系统的特点及其发展概况,总结了国内部分采用闸墙长廊道侧支孔输水系统的船闸特征尺寸,采用水力计算及对比分析的方法,确定了阀门处廊道断面尺寸,提出了具体的输水系统布置,确定了流量系数及输水阀门开启方式。采用船闸输水过程数学模型计算了闸室输水水力特性。研究成果表明,输水系统布置是合理的,提出的输水系统布置及各部位尺寸适合沙溪船闸的具体条件,各输水水力特征值满足规范和设计要求,能够达到预期的设计目标。这种闸墙长廊道侧支孔输水布置是一种适用于具有重力式闸墙结构的中水头船闸性能较优的输水系统型式。

Abstract:According to Design Code for Filling and Emptying System of Shiplocks and characteristics of Shaxi shiplock,the type of the filling and emptying system was determined to be lock wall longitudinal culvert filling and emptying system.Through analyzing the characteristics of lock wall longitudinal culvert filling and emptying system and its development, summarizing the general situation of the locks with lock wall longitudinal culvert filling and emptying system, the dimensions of the culvert cross section and the detailed layout were put forward after hydraulic calculation and contrast.Furthermore ,the discharge coefficient and the valve opening mode were determined.Hydraulic characteristics during lock filling and emptying were calculated by lock filling and emptying mathematical model.The results indicate that the dimensions of the filling and emptying system can suit the conditions of Shaxi shiplock and the hydraulic characteristics can also meet the requirements.It is a fine filling and emptying system type suitable for middle head lock with gravitational lock wall.
