摘    要:对模型样车的实际悬架及转向系统进行了分析,在结合实际的基础上对模型做了一些理想假设和简化,根据所获得模型的运动学参数,在ADAMS/View中建立了样车的多体仿真模型。通过改变两转向轮垂直作用力的大小模拟汽车转弯时左右车轮产生的载荷转移和制动时汽车前后轴产生的载荷转移,通过虚拟试验,对两者引起的转向轮的附加转角及对前轮定位参数的影响进行分析并得出结论。

Abstract:In this paper, with the help of ADAMS/View, a multi - body dynamic model of the front suspensionsteering system of certain micro -vehicle is established. By changing the vertical load of the steering wheel, the paper analyzes the variation of orientation parameters and the wheeling angle of the front wheel to determine which parameters have great influence on the wheeling angle of the steering wheel. Problems and results during the design and manufacture of the automobile are discussed. It is beneficial to shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of the product as well as to enhance the efficiency of the enterprise.
