简易危险气体泄漏报警器的设计

摘    要:在日常生活和工业生产中,安全是一个至关重要的环节,因为它关系到我们的人身和财产安全,危险气体泄漏预警系统可以在发生危险之前,积极采取措施,从而降低或是甚至完全排除危险。以半导体气体传感器为核心,结合7805和LM324,设计了一种简易廉价并且能够准确检测泄漏气体的危险气体泄漏报警器。当危险气体泄漏时,系统可以用蜂鸣器报警警示人们,并可连接后续器件,当危险气体的浓度达到一定数值时,将会启动排风装置,恢复正常的安全气体环境。

Abstract:In daily lives and industrial production, security is a crucial aspect as it relates to our personal and property security. By using an early warning gas leakage detector, the risk of gas leakage could be decreased or even completely rule out the possibility of danger. In this design, a simple and cheap gas leakage detector is designed to correctly test the dangerous gas leakage, which is based on the semiconductor gas sensor, combining with the 7805 and LM324 chips. While the dangerous gas is leaking, the gas leakage detector could alarm the around persons. The exhaust device will be started by the instrument if the concentration of dangerous gases reaches the set level to keep the environment safe.
