经纤维支气管镜对呼吸衰竭病因的治疗

目的　探讨经纤维支气管镜对急慢性呼吸衰竭病因治疗的临床价值。方法　对 31例住院患者经血气分析确诊为呼吸衰竭 ,且经常规抗感染及祛痰治疗等方法不能纠正者 ,在纤维支气管镜下负压吸引清除气道分泌物 ,盐水反复冲洗及局部应用抗菌素 2 5例 ,气管插管 2例 ,镜下局部微波治疗解除癌性梗阻 4例。结果　 30例明显缓解 ,尤以急性感染阻塞者疗效明显 ,且持续时间长 ;而慢阻肺并感染或合并心功能不全者疗效较差。术中无严重并发症出现。结论　经纤维支气管镜对急慢性呼吸衰竭病因的治疗疗效迅速、安全方便

Treatment for the respiratory failure by bronchofiberscope

Objective To explore the value of treatment respiratory failure with bronchofiberscope.Methods 31 patients in the hospital who suffered from respiratory failure by blood gases analysis had received treatment with bronchofiberscope by removing tract excretion under negative pressure drainage, repeated washing with normal saline and regional application of antibiotics.Results 30 patients with acute infectious obstruction got significant improvements and a longer effective period;while patients with COPD and complicated with infection or heart failure had poor effectiveness.There is no serious complications during the treatment.Conclusions The treatment is quickly curative, safe and convenient.
