| 摘 要： | 针对汽车轻量化和碰撞安全性需求,制备一种泡沫填充铝合金波纹夹芯板复合结构。通过试验和仿真分析,探讨了该夹芯板的压缩、弯曲和抗冲击特性,采用正交试验分析了夹芯板面板和波纹芯板的厚度对其结构抗冲击性的影响,获得板材厚度组合方案。采用变密度法,对夹芯板填充泡沫的分布进行拓扑优化,在保证冲击特性的前提下尽量减小填充泡沫的体积。最后将优化后的夹芯板结构应用于某汽车前车门外板,评价其性能。结果表明,前车门外板采用夹芯板结构后最大侵入量和侵入速度均有不同程度的降低,满足了提升车身轻量化和安全性的设计要求。
