双质量飞轮-周向短弹簧型扭振减振器弹性特性设计原理及性能分析

摘    要:分析了双质量飞轮-周向短弹簧型扭振减振器机构特点及其特殊的多级式非线性弹性特性的实现原理,建立了该减振器非线性弹性特性的解析表达式及各级扭转刚度的计算公式,阐述了该减振器结构设计的要点,对汽车怠速和行驶工况下该减振器的扭振控制性能进行了摸拟计算分析。

The Design Principles and Performance Analysis of DMF-CSS Torsional Damper
Abstract:The design and analys is of dual mass flywheel circumfer ential short spring (DMF CSS) tors ional damper is presented in this paper The features of its mechanis m and principle for realization of the multistage nonlinear elastic c haracteristics are analyzed The an alytical expressions of the nonlin ear elastic characteristics and th e calculation formulae of torsiona l stiffness of the DMF CSS damper are derived Moreover,some key poin ts in the structural design of the damper are discussed Finally,the n umerical simulation of the torsion al vibration characteristics of th e powertrain under driving and idl ing conditions is performed
