Effect of rainy weather conditions on expressway traffic control and countermeasures

The active preventive measures for expressway traffic control under the rainy weather conditions should be taken simultaneously ahead of time to minimize the negative impact of bad weather, and ensure the safety of expressway and be smooth, prevent serious traffic accidents, with full protection of the masses of lives and property.
