摘    要:电动汽车动力电池充放电性能受其使用环境温度的影响,在低温环境下动力电池的电化学反应活性降低,低温交流充电控制策略不合理可能导致动力电池过充,不仅影响低温充电功能的稳定性,而且会影响动力电池的使用寿命,甚至会引发安全事故。因此合理的低温充电控制策略就显得尤为重要。文章以广汽新能源某纯电车型为例,通过对已有的动力电池低温交流充电控制策略的分析研究,提出一种新型的低温动力电池交流充电加热控制策略,并通过低温实车验证。

A Heating Control Strategy for Low-temperature Power Batter during AC Charge

Abstract:The charging and discharging performance of electric vehicle power battery is affected by its operating temperature.In low temperature,the electrochemical reaction activity of the power battery decreases.An unreasonable low-temperature AC charge control strategy may cause the power battery overcharged,which not only affects the stability of the low-temperature charging function,but also affects the life of the power battery,and even leads to safety accidents.Therefore,a reasonable low-temperature charging control strategy is particularly important.In this paper,we take an electric vehicle of GAC NE as an example,by analyzing and researching of an existing low-temperature AC charging control strategy for power batteries,a new low-temperature AC charge heating control strategy for power batteries is proposed and verified in low-temperature.
