| 摘 要： | 潜艇的声隐身性能是衡量潜艇作战能力的一项重要指标，降低潜艇水下辐射噪声和声目标强度，不仅能提高潜艇的隐身性，还能提高潜艇实施先敌攻击的能力。文章系统的介绍了国外潜艇声隐身领域取得的成果及影响声隐蔽性的因素，提出了该技术领域的发展建议。

| Abstract: | For a submarine,the vibration and noise is a very important quota of its fighting capacity.Lower the underwater noise and noise-target not only improves the noise-control of submarines,but also its initiative in the war.This paper reviews present condition of success and existing problems abroad,and then provides some suggestion for the noise-control. |
